Guide & Grow

Navigate and master your baby’s milestones with the help of an expert OT.

Led by Carly Miller Einhorn, a pediatric occupational therapist for 15 years, this age-based class series will take caregivers and their little ones through tummy time to running and jumping. Emphasizing healthy development through movement, topics will also focus on emotional and physical needs. Designed to support parents through these pivotal early childhood stages, Carly will guide you through these important moments. It’s like going to the OT, but more fun!

Tummy Time (0-6 months)

You’ve got a newborn, now what?! Carly will discuss and put into practice developmental next steps such as visual tracking/scanning, rolling, tummy time and sitting. Plus, she’ll go over best practices for sleeping and feeding. More importantly, Carly is here to support new parents every step of the way.

Cruisers (6-12 months)

Your baby’s on the move! It’s an exciting time as they start to explore the world around them, but you may need more information as to what’s age appropriate and how to reach the suggested goals. Carly will teach techniques for sitting, crawling and standing/walking and answer all your developmental questions.

On the Go (12-18 months)

Do you remember when they napped all day? Now that they’re walking, you’ve got to keep up! Carly will engage your child in fun activities that also promote healthy development, balance, sensory regulation and gross motor skills. At the end of each class, Carly will host an informative question-and-answer session on developmental topics.

Ages: 0-1.5 years
