Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $50 are shipped free.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship domestically, within the United States.
How quickly do you ship?
We will ship your order out within two business days. If you need your items by a particular date, please email us at [email protected] so we can try to meet your deadline. We will contact you if we are unable to get the item(s) to you in time. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return my item?
Returns can be made within 14 days of in-store purchase or online order receipt date. We will gladly provide a store credit for unused products with original packaging/tags attached. For online orders, we will deduct $5 shipping cost from your store credit total once we receive your return. We do not offer credit card refunds. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my item?
If you wish to purchase a product in a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order for your desired product.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do. Our digital gift cards can be bought online and are only redeemable for the siamgreengold retail shop. They are not valid for classes. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees.
